About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager who is passionate about health, wellness, and team leadership. As the driving force behind the studio's daily operations, you'll be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building a strong team culture, and cultivating a thriving member community. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role that demands a strategic mind, a heart for service, and a desire to grow a local brand with national backing.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Operations & Performance
  • Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff performance, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational reporting.
• Sales & Marketing
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to membership closing.
  • Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to build community awareness and drive traffic.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members and foster a welcoming environment.
• Team Leadership
  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team including Wellness Advisors and Yoga Instructors.
  • Lead with empathy and accountability to build a positive, inclusive studio culture.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, goal-setting sessions, and performance reviews.

Who You Are

• A natural leader with at least 2 years of management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Results-driven with a proven ability to hit targets and manage performance metrics.
• An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for team building.
• Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with CRM/sales platforms and comfortable using data to drive decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a boutique fitness or wellness setting.
• Knowledge of Mindbody software is a plus.
• Personal interest in yoga or wellness lifestyle.
