Pay: $21 per hour while working directly with clients

At our Kennewick studio, certified Flexologists work hands-on with clients in a vibrant, supportive environment to relieve pain, increase mobility, and unlock each persons full physical potential.

What Youll Do (and Love)

  • Lead Transformative Stretch Sessions
    Deliver customized one-on-one sessions using proven techniques that help clients move freely and feel their absolute best.

  • Be a Go-To Expert
    Provide expert guidance on mobility, posture, recovery, and performance. Your deep knowledge of anatomy and movement positions you as a trusted resource.

  • Build Meaningful Client Relationships
    Create welcoming, supportive experiences that encourage repeat visits and long-term success through consistency and care.

  • Represent StretchLab Proudly
    Collaborate with your team to grow our client base, converting first-time visitors into enthusiastic members of the StretchLab Kennewick community.

  • Commit to Ongoing Growth
    Stay inspired and at the top of your game through continuous training, certifications, and hands-on learning in a dynamic environment.

What Sets You Apart

Youre not just a coachyoure a movement specialist whos driven by wellness. You bring the passion, skill, and empathy to meet each client where they are and guide them beyond where they thought possible.

Qualifications You Must Have One of the Following:

  • A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field

  • A current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

  • A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

  • A credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with a strong understanding of human anatomy

Bonus Points For:

  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in fitness, therapy, or wellness

  • In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and functional movement

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client rapport

  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a professional mindset

  • The drive to work hardand have fun while doing it
