Confidential General Manager Boutique Fitness Studio
Location: Hendricks County, IN
Compensation: Competitive base + commission & bonuses
Schedule: Full-time (includes one weekend day per week)

We are seeking a driven and emotionally intelligent General Manager to lead a high-performing boutique fitness studio in Hendricks County, Indiana. This is a confidential search due to the replacement of an existing manager. If selected, ownership will share full brand and location details directly with you.

Our ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. You know how to listen deeply, close deals authentically, and build a culture of accountability, care, and performance. You are comfortable wearing many hatssales, operations, team leadership, and client engagementand you're motivated by building something special.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership and retail sales by applying a consultative, needs-based approach

  • Lead and manage studio staff, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching

  • Create a positive team culture centered on communication, performance, and personal growth

  • Engage the local community through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and events

  • Ensure operational excellence in scheduling, payroll, cleanliness, and client service

  • Track and report KPIs such as sales conversion, lead volume, retention, and net membership growth

  • A full-time leader with sales process mastery someone who can explain and apply a method they believe in, whether its Sandler, Challenger, consultative, or homegrown

  • A track record of motivating teams to meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team management, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable managing sales objections and having outcome-driven conversations

  • Availability to work full time, including one weekend day per week

  • Reliable transportation to commute to Hendricks County, IN
