Club Pilates Five Points is looking for Pilates Instructors with a current 500hr comprehensive certification to join our growing team! Those working on your certification are welcome to apply as well.

All Pilates Instructors in our studio are expected to:
* Instruct a variety of classes catered to clients ranging from first timers all the way up to advanced practitioners on our Balanced Body Reformers.
* Use equipment such as the jump board, Exo chair, spring board, TRX, BOSU, TriggerPoint balls, and foam rollers.
* Be comfortable teaching multiple classes back-to-back (shifts range from 3-5 classes depending on the instructors level of comfort).
* Be a team player who is willing to come to the occasional meeting, sub for other instructors, and build relationships with teammates and clients to create a positive studio atmosphere.

Requirements

Instructor Qualification for Club Pilates Five Points:

  • 500 hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard)
  • Up to date CPR training or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety
  • Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus based group class.
  • Maintain open availability for a minimum of 6 hours (2 shifts) per week
  • Demonstrated group reformer instruction abilities.
  • Professional and effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates.
  • Comfortable adding TRX, Barre, and Trigger Point modalities to teaching repertoire.
  • Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars.
  • Ability to implement and streamline new procedures in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and pro-actively communicate with management.
