Your Role as a Club Pilates Instructor

At Club Pilates Prattville, you'll lead inspiring group reformer classes that help people of all backgrounds and abilities feel strong, capable, and empowered. From first-timers to long-time Pilates enthusiasts, you'll be the guide who keeps them coming back for more.

What You'll Do

• Teach safe, effective, and high-energy group reformer classes
• Lead private, semi-private, and introductory sessions
• Utilize the full Pilates equipment suite and props for varied, engaging instruction
• Build relationships by connecting with clients before and after class
• Support front desk and studio operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio space

What You Bring to the Mat

• Comprehensive 450+ hour Pilates certification (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Peak, etc.)
• Experience teaching group reformer classes
• A positive, inclusive, and results-focused teaching style
• Knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism, punctuality, and passion for the Pilates lifestyle
• Familiarity with ClubReady or similar scheduling software (or willingness to learn)
