The Opportunity
Were looking for a motivated and engaging Sales Manager to become the heartbeat of our studio. Youll be the first face new guests see and the voice that turns curiosity into commitment. Key Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales
  Communicate the value of Pure Barre with confidence and clarity. Help prospective members find solutions that match their goals and turn first-time guests into dedicated clients.
• Generate and Manage Leads
  Build relationships inside and outside the studio. Follow up with leads, answer questions, and guide them through the membership process from inquiry to sign-up.
• Cultivate Studio Culture
  Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where every member feels seen, supported, and excited to return.
• Deliver a Five-Star Experience
  Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and on-brandevery detail matters when creating a standout experience.
• Collaborate for Success
  Work closely with instructors and leadership to meet monthly sales goals and support marketing and community initiatives.
• Track Performance Metrics
  Use studio software to manage member data and report on key performance indicators, including conversion rates and net member growth.

What Were Looking For

• Sales or Customer Service Experience
  Preferably in fitness, hospitality, or another client-facing role.
• Confident Communicator
  Youre comfortable interacting with people in person, on the phone, and via email/text.
• Health & Wellness Enthusiast
  A passion for fitness is a mustexperience with Pure Barre or group fitness is a bonus.
• Organized & Driven
  You manage your time well, follow through with leads, and stay focused on results.
• Flexible Availability
  Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
