CycleBar, the world's first and only Premium Indoor Cycling franchise, is looking for a high-energy, people-focused Sales Associate to join our Cranberry Township team. What You'll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of our studio. You'll be the first point of contact for new and returning riders, creating a welcoming and upbeat environment. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales, but your real job is to build relationships and energize the CycleBar community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in riders with professionalism and energy
- Sell memberships and class packages through a consultative approach
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and walk-ins
- Assist with studio cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support studio operations and team as needed
What We're Looking For:
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
- Passion for health, fitness, and community connection
- Sales or retail experience preferred but not required
Schedule Requirements:
- 10-15 hours per week
- Must be available at least one weekend day
- Must be able to work within the following time blocks:
- 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
