Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities
About the Role
As the General Manager, you are the heartbeat of the studio. Your mission? Drive growth, build community, and deliver results. You'll own everything from sales performance and team leadership to local partnerships and member experience. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Own all aspects of membership sales, renewals, and upgrades to exceed revenue targets.
- Drive daily outbound sales efforts with 50+ calls per day and proactive lead follow-ups.
- Lead creative grassroots marketing and local outreach to establish Rumble as a San Francisco fitness staple.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet conversion benchmarks.
- Strategically manage your sales pipeline, from first touch to loyal member.
Community Leadership
- Be the face of Rumble: connect with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to forge meaningful partnerships.
- Organize community events that bring the Rumble experience beyond the studio walls.
- Cultivate deep member relationships, turning members into brand advocates.
- Manage and grow the studios presence on social media platforms, working with content creators to showcase Rumbles energy and culture.
- Oversee timely, compelling communications through emails, newsletters, and studio announcements.
- Use marketing platforms and performance metrics to refine and maximize outreach strategy.
Studio Operations
- Build and lead a team of passionate staff aligned with Rumbles standards of excellence.
- Maintain a pristine, efficient studio environment where everything runs smoothly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the studio owner to set ambitious sales targets and execute winning strategies.
- Handle member feedback with care and resolve issues with confidence and clarity.
What You Bring to the Ring
- 2+ years in boutique fitness or a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Hands-on experience with community marketing, brand-building, and partnerships.
- Strong communication skills, in person, on the phone, and online.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
