Our Fairfax team is on a mission to empower people through movement, and were looking for a driven, people-loving Sales Associate to help us grow our studio family.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads, past clients, and prospects to share the Pure Barre experience and guide them toward membership.

• Lead Studio Tours & Conversions: Welcome walk-ins, deliver an exceptional first impression, and turn curiosity into commitment through personalized consultations.

• Build Community: Cultivate lasting relationships with members and prospects. Engage with clients before and after class, support events, and help foster a supportive studio vibe.

• Master Objection Handling: Navigate common objections (time, price, fear) with empathy and confidenceconnecting prospects back to their goals and our supportive community.

• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the studio manager, instructors, and marketing team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fitness, studio sales, or a similar wellness environment (Pure Barre or barre background strongly preferred)

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to hit daily outreach and conversion goals

• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, outgoing, and motivating personality

• Excellent phone presence and comfort with high-volume outbound communication

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others live stronger, healthier lives

• Weekend and evening availability
