What You'll Do:

• Lead engaging and empowering Reformer-based classes for all fitness levels
• Create a warm, inclusive space where clients feel encouraged and challenged
• Offer clear cueing, thoughtful modifications, and hands-on adjustments to promote safety and results
• Build genuine relationships with members and foster long-term client loyalty
• Represent the Club Pilates Clarkston vibe, motivated, welcoming, and professional
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio space

What Were Looking For:

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable program
• Experience teaching group Reformer classes (experience with Chair, Cadillac, and other apparatus is a plus)
• A vibrant personality and strong communication skills
• Passion for movement and helping others feel their best
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
• Availability for a consistent teaching schedule, including occasional weekends or sub opportunities
