We are looking for a driven, passionate, and performance-oriented Sales Manager to lead our front-end team and grow our member base with confidence and authenticity.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example  own the studios daily sales performance and hit monthly revenue goals through high-impact sales strategies
• Convert leads to members through warm calling, community outreach, and in-studio tours
• Drive brand visibility via local partnerships, digital marketing support, and grassroots efforts
• Manage a motivated sales team by coaching, mentoring, and maintaining accountability
• Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience that keeps current members engaged and prospective members inspired to join
• Handle all front-of-house operations including customer service, point-of-sale transactions, and CRM updates

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a sales leadership role, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Self-motivated with a passion for health, wellness, and community building
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Experience with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to sales
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
