What Youll Do:

As our Sales Manager, you are the heartbeat of the studios success. Youll be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong client relationships, and creating a positive and energetic environment for our team and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive New Membership Sales through in-person, phone, and digital outreach
• Lead Front Desk Team to ensure exceptional customer service and goal achievement
• Track and Report Key Performance Metrics including conversion rates and revenue
• Create a Community Culture by engaging with members and hosting local events
• Collaborate with Ownership and Instructors to ensure a seamless studio experience

Who You Are:

• A motivated leader with at least 12 years of sales or fitness studio experience
• A confident communicator who can close sales with energy and authenticity
• Organized and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals

Schedule Requirements:

This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed to support studio operations and events.
