Job Description

We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, enthusiastic about learning, and capable of delivering clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through proper documentation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with the MERN stack.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Proficiency in:

    • MongoDB for database development

    • Express.js and Node.js for backend APIs

    • React.js for front-end UI development

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Familiarity with Git for version control.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
