The CRM Consultant is effective in determining practical solutions for both business and technical processes. The individual has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects that result in high customer satisfaction. The individual works closely with resources at all levels. A successful consultant in this position is able to demonstrate strong relationships with internal clients in gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, and providing and implementing creative and effective solutions that conform to emerging technology standards. The consultant is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, extremely organized, and able to prioritize multiple demands in a very fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a passion for helping organizations solve complex business problems leveraging technology solutions.

Role

  • Consulting, covering all aspects including presales and sales, product demonstrations, and implementation of primarily Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Liaise with sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, champion client presentations, and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary
  • Documenting as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents
  • Liaise with prospects/clients to understand business requirements
  • Champion requirements gathering sessions, develop design specification documents, and perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation, and documentation.
  • Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture
  • Creates the functional and technical specifications documentation for the project.
  • Champion design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes
  • Writes specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations
  • Configure and customize the CRM system based on design specifications
  • Develop test plans and scripts
  • Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application
  • Responsible for coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation for Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions.
  • Advise on complex Dynamics CRM business cases, propose, and implement comprehensive solutions based on CRM, 3rd parties, and customizations
  • Provide Dynamics SME expertise to clients and mentor team members
  • Champion the Installation, setup, and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Champion data migration from external systems into Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Demonstrate expertise in Industry areas of focus, and contribute to the development of Industry Solutions
  • Champion the migration from a legacy system to a newer version
  • Champion configurations within Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform OOTB-functionality to implement business logic and automate business processes.
  • Champion delivery of product training in a classroom or on-site setting.
  • Support UAT with business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project to enable review, required remediation, and re-test.
  • Maintain professional quality service. Earn respect of our clients through demonstration of adaptability, commitment, resourcefulness, and proactive communications.
  • Maintain best practices throughout Dynamics 365 projects
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends

The ideal candidate will have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certifications on related platforms and products
  • Knowledge of current business processes, issues, and technology related to the operation of sales, marketing, and service departments within an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous work experience with small/mid/enterprise companies and comfortable talking with clients at all levels of within an organization
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or other CRM applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio, .NET Core, JavaScript, C#
