Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day building operations and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the property.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and improvements.
  • Monitor utilities, supplies, and inventory related to building operations.
  • Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Maintain records of expenses, maintenance schedules, and building compliance.
  • Implement building policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering or any related course.
  • Previous experience in building/facility administration or property management.
  • With valid license is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead maintenance and support staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of building safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
