About the job Building Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day building operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the property.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and improvements.
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and inventory related to building operations.
- Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Maintain records of expenses, maintenance schedules, and building compliance.
- Implement building policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering or any related course.
- Previous experience in building/facility administration or property management.
- With valid license is an advantage.
- Ability to lead maintenance and support staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
- Location: Makati City
