Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team and oversee the management and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to provide technical support and solutions to our employees. This is a full-time position based in our office in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are up-to-date and running efficiently

- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of company data and systems

- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data protection

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and implement solutions

- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure

- Train employees on the use of new technology and software

- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows and Mac operating systems, and network security

- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and virtualization

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

- Can start immediately
