Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Auto Insurance Manager to oversee and manage the operations, sales, and client services related to auto insurance products. The role includes developing business strategies, supervising insurance teams, ensuring efficient claims management, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of auto insurance policies, proven leadership skills, and a strong background in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve auto insurance sales and revenue targets.

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of auto insurance agents and support staff.

  • Promote auto insurance products and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

  • Guide clients in selecting suitable auto insurance policies and coverage options.

  • Oversee claims management, renewals, and underwriting processes.

  • Ensure compliance with insurance laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor products, and suggest improvements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve disputes effectively.

  • Prepare reports on sales, claims, and operations for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 35 years in auto insurance management, sales, or claims operations.

  • Strong knowledge of auto insurance policies, claims handling, and underwriting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Insurance, Risk Management, or related fields (e.g., CPCU, AINS).

  • Experience in handling corporate fleet insurance policies.

  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

  • Ability to design competitive auto insurance packages for clients.
