We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Broadband Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing broadband internet services for residential and business customers. As a Broadband Technician, you will ensure reliable connectivity, provide technical support, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Install and configure broadband internet, routers, modems, and related equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair connectivity issues for customers on-site.

Qualifications & Skills
