About the job Agile Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Agile Scrum Master to lead and support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach team members on Agile best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach team members, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and practices.

Act as a servant leader, helping the team stay focused, productive, and self-organized.

Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the teams progress and delivery.

Protect the team from distractions and outside interruptions during sprints.

Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

Support the product owner with backlog grooming, prioritization, and maintaining a clear product backlog.

Monitor and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance.

Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.

Drive Agile maturity by introducing and implementing best practices tailored to the organizations context.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification required.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Ability to resolve conflicts, build consensus, and maintain a positive team dynamic.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).

Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus.
