Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Homeowners Insurance Manager to oversee operations, sales, and customer services related to property and homeowners insurance products. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and retention targets for homeowners insurance.

Manage and mentor a team of insurance agents, advisors, and support staff.

Guide clients in selecting the right homeowners/property insurance policies to meet their needs.

Oversee underwriting, claims processing, and policy renewals.

Ensure compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and suggest new product opportunities.

Handle escalated client issues and provide effective solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance trust and retention.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in homeowners/property insurance management, sales, or claims operations.

Strong knowledge of homeowners/property insurance policies, risk assessment, and claims management.

Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
