Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Co-Marketing Programs:

    • Develop, execute, and manage co-marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

    • Work with partners to create tailored marketing strategies that align with both company and partner goals.

    • Ensure effective collaboration on joint marketing activities such as events, digital campaigns, webinars, and content creation.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, events, and online advertising.

    • Work with partners to co-create content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and promotional materials, ensuring they reflect both brand identities.

    • Track and measure the performance of campaigns, providing regular updates and actionable insights to partners and internal teams.

  • Partner Enablement & Support:

    • Provide partners with marketing tools, templates, and resources to help them effectively promote company products or services.

    • Ensure that partners have access to the latest sales collateral, product information, and promotional materials.

    • Train and guide partners on how to use marketing tools, implement campaigns, and track campaign performance.

  • Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and execution.

    • Work closely with the Partner Account Managers and Partner Development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated into overall partner business strategies.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, using metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and sales.

    • Provide regular performance reports to both internal teams and partners, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future campaigns.

  • Event Marketing:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute joint partner events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and seminars.

    • Ensure that events are well-attended, and lead generation and networking opportunities are maximized.

  • Brand Consistency & Messaging:

    • Ensure that all partner marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

    • Work with the design and creative teams to produce visually engaging and on-brand marketing content.

  • Market Research & Insights:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor marketing activities, and emerging marketing strategies.

    • Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to help refine marketing approaches and stay competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    • Additional certifications in digital marketing or partner management are a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on partner marketing or channel marketing in a B2B environment.

    • Experience with co-marketing, joint campaigns, and building marketing relationships with external partners is strongly preferred.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing software, CRM tools, social media advertising).

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

    • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to different partner needs.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a specific industry relevant to the companys products, such as IT, SaaS, or technology solutions.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.

  • Previous experience with partner relationship management software or tools.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online advertising tools, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with some travel required for partner meetings, events, and conferences.

  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment, depending on company policies.

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones of international partners and stakeholders.
