Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online French Teacher to deliver engaging and effective French lessons to students worldwide. The ideal candidate will have strong language expertise, teaching experience, and the ability to create interactive and personalized lesson plans to meet learners academic, professional, or conversational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live French language classes online (individual or group sessions).

• Design and deliver lessons focused on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.

• Tailor lessons according to students levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and objectives.

• Prepare students for exams such as DELF, DALF, TCF, TEF, and AP French.

• Use innovative digital resources, activities, and tools to make learning engaging.

• Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and prepare performance reports.

• Promote cultural awareness and encourage immersion in French language and culture.

• Stay updated with modern online teaching techniques and digital learning platforms.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or related field.

• Certification: FLE (Français Langue Étrangère), DAEFLE, or equivalent teaching certification preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of teaching French (online or classroom).

• Native or near-native proficiency in French, with strong English communication skills.

• Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to adapt teaching methods.

Preferred Skills

• Experience teaching Business French, Academic French, or Conversational French.

• Knowledge of second-language acquisition methods.

• Creativity in lesson planning with multimedia tools and interactive exercises.

• Patience, empathy, and a student-focused teaching style.
