About the job Online Instructor - Remote
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Online Instructor to deliver high-quality virtual learning experiences to students worldwide. The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging lessons, adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs, and use online tools effectively. The Online Instructor will be responsible for facilitating courses, monitoring student progress, and ensuring a positive and interactive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct live online classes (individual or group sessions) using virtual teaching platforms.

Design and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with course objectives.

Teach subject matter (language, business, technology, or specialized topics) in an interactive and student-centered manner.

Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback.

Use digital resources, multimedia content, and interactive tools to make lessons engaging.

Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.

Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports.

Stay updated with modern e-learning methods and educational technologies.
Requirements

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant subject area.

Certification: Teaching certification or online teaching credentials (preferred).

Experience: At least 1 - 2 years of online or classroom teaching experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Moodle, etc.).

Ability to adapt teaching methods to students of different learning styles and levels.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
