Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications and services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), programming, automation, and modern DevOps practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and microservices.

Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

Integrate cloud services (compute, storage, networking, databases, APIs) into enterprise systems.

Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance in the cloud.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and release management.

Ensure application and data security through industry best practices and compliance frameworks.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments to reduce downtime and cost.

Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and software developers to deliver robust solutions.

Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend best-fit solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).

Proven experience (3+ years) in cloud application development on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or Go.

Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE).

Experience with cloud networking, storage, and security best practices.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), API development, and serverless computing.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills

Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Developer.
