Aesthetician

We are seeking a licensed and skilled Aesthetician to join our team and provide high-quality skincare and beauty treatments to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through personalized skincare services, product recommendations, and exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

• Assess clients skin conditions and develop customized skincare plans based on their needs and goals.

• Recommend appropriate skincare products and home-care routines to maintain and enhance results.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment that complies with health and safety standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques, trends, and products.

• Educate clients on skincare best practices and answer questions about treatments and products.

• Build strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up care.

• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, services provided, and progress notes.

• Collaborate with other beauty and wellness professionals to ensure a comprehensive client experience.

• Uphold all licensing requirements and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Esthetician.

• Proven experience providing professional skincare services in a spa, salon, or clinic setting.

• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
