Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various HVAC systems, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and commission air conditioning systems (split units, VRF/VRV, chiller systems, etc.).

Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems.

Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.

Test system functionality and ensure installations comply with health and safety standards.

Record and report work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Advise clients on energy efficiency and system upgrades where appropriate.

Respond to emergency call-outs and perform troubleshooting as needed.

Adhere to company policies and industry regulations, including environmental and refrigerant handling guidelines.
Requirements:

Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer.

Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, and control systems.

Valid HVAC certification and refrigerant handling license (if required by region).

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and wiring diagrams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Willingness to travel to various sites and work flexible hours, including on-call rotations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with BMS (Building Management Systems) and smart HVAC technologies.

Familiarity with both commercial and industrial HVAC applications.
