Key Responsibilities:

Partner Outreach & Relationship Building:

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners to explore partnership opportunities.

Support the relationship-building process by providing regular communication and follow-up with partners.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.

Partner Onboarding & Support:

Support the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.

Assist in the creation and distribution of onboarding materials, training documents, and product resources.

Provide day-to-day support to partners, helping them address any inquiries or issues.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between partner strategies and company objectives.

Assist in the coordination of cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, and events with partners.

Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Assist in tracking and monitoring partner performance, including key metrics such as revenue generation, lead conversion, and overall engagement.

Prepare regular reports on partner activities, performance, and potential opportunities for growth.

Provide insights to senior team members based on performance data to improve partnerships.

Market Research & Insights:

Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and trends within the industry.

Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends that may impact the partnership landscape.

Support the team with competitive analysis and provide recommendations on new partnership strategies.

Event & Campaign Support:

Assist with organizing and coordinating partner events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

Help prepare co-branded marketing materials, promotional content, and sales collateral to support partner initiatives.

Ensure the smooth execution of joint marketing campaigns and monitor their success.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records of partner communications, agreements, and performance metrics in CRM systems.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, partner proposals, and contracts.

Manage the scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions with partners.

Requirements:

Education:
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-
Relevant internships or coursework related to partnerships or business development is a plus.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or sales support role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Previous experience supporting partner programs, marketing campaigns, or sales teams is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders.
