Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and performance analysis of clients, portfolios, or investment opportunities.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, pitch books, and client reports for senior stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to support lending or investment decisions.

  • Monitor risk exposures, portfolio performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (risk, legal, credit, compliance) for transaction execution.

  • Maintain financial databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.

  • Stay up to date with market developments, banking regulations, and industry trends.

  • Support due diligence and deal execution for mergers, acquisitions, or financing transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).

  • 13 years of experience in banking, financial analysis, or consulting.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software/tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, or SQL).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
