Key Responsibilities:

Act as the regional expert on medical and scientific matters related to company products and disease areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and institutions.

Deliver scientific presentations and training to HCPs, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Support clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies by providing scientific guidance and site engagement.

Respond to medical inquiries with accurate, balanced, and up-to-date scientific information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance.

Monitor and report key regional medical trends, competitor activity, and healthcare developments.

Contribute to the development of medical education materials and scientific publications.

Ensure all activities are compliant with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MBBS, MD) or advanced life science degree (PharmD, PhD).

25 years of experience in medical affairs or clinical practice (therapeutic area experience preferred).

Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of relevant therapeutic areas.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with cross-functional pharmaceutical or biotech teams.
