We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and deadline-driven Editorial and Content Associate to join our growing content team. In this role, you will assist with planning, creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content across multiple platforms. Your contribution will help ensure the consistency, accuracy, and alignment of our brand voice and editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of content including articles, blog posts, newsletters, web pages, and product descriptions.

  • Support the editorial calendar and contribute to ideation and content strategy discussions.

  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, SEO specialists, and other writers to develop compelling and engaging content.

  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility in content.

  • Maintain brand tone, style, and voice across all platforms.

  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and user engagement.

  • Fact-check information and ensure compliance with copyright and usage rights.

  • Upload and format content using CMS platforms like WordPress, Contentful, etc.

  • Track content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in editorial, content writing, or digital publishing.

  • Excellent writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content trends.

  • Experience with CMS platforms and content publishing tools.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, image editing, or multimedia content creation is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a B2B or B2C content role.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other performance-tracking tools.

  • Passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and brand development.
