We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Human Resource team as a HR Manager. He/she will be responsible for meeting the firms hiring needs for both technical/ non-technical resources. The resource will also be responsible for reviewing and advising on tasks related to the recruitment and selection process, as well as other HR functions to boost employee engagement and improve employee productivity.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and manage hiring process, which includes CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, maintaining & managing recruitment databases.
  • Identify, review, and advise on tasks related to recruitment and selection process and employment to make hiring, recruitment and selection process more effective.
  • Create and implement effective on boarding plans.
  • Maintaining good relationships with employees so they could communicate and contribute to the achievement of companys goals.
  • Work closely with line manager for managing human resource function of the organization.
  • Maintain HR department records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Implementing & enforcing HR policies & practices comply with industry-specific regulations and standards.

Education: Minimum graduation from HEC recognized/ foreign university.

Professional Experience: Minimum 02 to 03 years of experience, specifically from trucking dispatch industry. BPO/ call center experience will be an added advantage.
