Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system.

Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and business insights.

Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.

Support implementation of new modules, systems, or process improvements.

Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Document system processes and create user guides or SOPs for HR tools and workflows.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

24 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Experience with reporting, data auditing, and data quality control.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
-
Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
