Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system.

  • Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and business insights.

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.

  • Support implementation of new modules, systems, or process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

  • Document system processes and create user guides or SOPs for HR tools and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 24 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

  • Experience with reporting, data auditing, and data quality control.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.

  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
