Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 5pm to 10pm (Morning/Evening)
Job Type: Full-time / Part Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Share-based compensation (Approx 400k to 500k monthly take-home as per the share distribution each Month)
Location: Faisalabad
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Pediatrician (FCPS/FRCP) with super-specialization in a pediatric subspecialty (Neuro Physician, Neuro Surgeon, Gastroenterologist) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in their field and provide expert care and treatment to pediatric patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical care and treatment to pediatric patients in accordance with established medical practices and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for pediatric conditions and illnesses.
- Perform medical procedures and surgeries as required within the scope of pediatric specialization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Supervise and mentor medical residents, fellows, and junior medical staff in Pediatrics.
- Participate in medical research, clinical trials, and academic activities to contribute to the advancement of pediatric medicine.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, advancements, and best practices in pediatric medicine.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and procedures.
- Provide medical consultations and recommendations to patients, families, and caregivers regarding pediatric health and wellness.
- Adhere to all relevant medical regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines in clinical practice and research.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Board certification in Pediatrics (FCPS/FRCP or equivalent).
- Valid medical license to practice as a Consultant Pediatrician.
- Proven experience and super-specialization in Pediatrics, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience.
- Must have a qualification in a pediatric subspecialty (Neuro Physician, Neuro Surgeon, Gastroenterologist).
- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills in managing pediatric patients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical colleagues.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring medical staff and students.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and academic pursuits in pediatric medicine.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
