Salary : 150k - 250k

Commission : 4% to 12%

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Developer / Live Streamer to join our team. As a BD, you will be responsible for leading our live streamers in creating engaging and high[1]quality live streams for our various platforms. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence for our brand through your live streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting and on boarding live streaming guilds, expanding the number of quality guilds, and increasing the number of streamers.
• Assist guilds in completing the signing process and provide regular training for live streamers.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the guilds and track their operational data.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and incorporate them into live streams to attract a wider audience.
• Monitor and analyse streamer's performance metrics to make improvements and drive growth.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new ideas and concepts for live streams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Live Streamer or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• In-depth knowledge of various streaming platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Bigo Live, MICO, liveme, yalla, etc.
• Strong understanding of online streaming trends and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for gaming and a deep knowledge of the gaming industry.
