Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Political Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in community organizing, advocacy, or grassroots movements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community engagement tools.
