We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. You will be responsible for improving organizational processes, ensuring efficient workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate all operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Work cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.

Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on operational performance.

Lead, train, and mentor a team of operations staff.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations or business management; leadership experience preferred.

Strong understanding of operational systems, workflow optimization, and business strategy.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
