Loader/Unloader

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles, trucks, and containers.

• Move stock manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

• Verify items received or shipped against documentation (packing lists/invoices).

• Ensure goods are handled safely to prevent damage.

• Stack and organize goods in storage areas or on pallets correctly.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing items.

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.

• Keep loading/unloading areas clean and free of hazards.

• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a loader, unloader, or in a warehouse/logistics environment is preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 2550 kg]).

• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and basic reading/writing skills for record-keeping.
