Job Summary:

The Sales Manager for the Cement Sector will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for our product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of the cement industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for carbon brushes, ABB gas analyzers, Chinese equipment, and graphite products within the cement sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including cement manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and maintenance companies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers to secure profitable deals.

· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Sanhat Private Limited and its offerings.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, must in the cement sector.

  • Understanding of carbon brushes, ABB gas analyzers, and industrial equipment and spares
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to travel with in Pakistan as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
