We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Amazon Brand Manager to oversee and grow our presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts, optimizing product listings, planning promotional campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Account Management:
    Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central including inventory, pricing, promotions, advertising, and compliance.

  • Product Listings & Optimization:
    Create and optimize listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, keywords) to improve search rankings and conversion rates.

  • Amazon Advertising:
    Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns to drive traffic and maximize ROI.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Brand Protection & Compliance:
    Ensure brand consistency and compliance with Amazons policies; handle unauthorized sellers, counterfeit issues, and MAP violations.

  • Inventory Planning & Coordination:
    Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock levels, prevent stockouts, and forecast demand.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising spend; provide actionable insights and monthly reports to stakeholders.

  • Customer Experience:
    Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and questions; coordinate with customer service to maintain high ratings and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central

  • Proficient in Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerBoard, etc.)

  • Experience with Amazon PPC, DSP, and analytics dashboards

  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., UK, UAE, KSA) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing private label or FBA brands

  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ERP systems, or inventory management platforms

  • Amazon certifications or training in e-commerce/digital marketing
