About the job Amazon Brand Manager
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Amazon Brand Manager to oversee and grow our presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts, optimizing product listings, planning promotional campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Account Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central including inventory, pricing, promotions, advertising, and compliance. -
Product Listings & Optimization:
Create and optimize listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, keywords) to improve search rankings and conversion rates. -
Amazon Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns to drive traffic and maximize ROI. -
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. -
Brand Protection & Compliance:
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with Amazons policies; handle unauthorized sellers, counterfeit issues, and MAP violations. -
Inventory Planning & Coordination:
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock levels, prevent stockouts, and forecast demand. -
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising spend; provide actionable insights and monthly reports to stakeholders. -
Customer Experience:
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and questions; coordinate with customer service to maintain high ratings and resolve issues quickly.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central

Proficient in Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerBoard, etc.)

Experience with Amazon PPC, DSP, and analytics dashboards

Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., UK, UAE, KSA) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing private label or FBA brands

Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ERP systems, or inventory management platforms

Amazon certifications or training in e-commerce/digital marketing
