About the job Digital Account Director
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Account Director to lead and grow client relationships by delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile accounts, driving digital strategy, and leading cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and technical knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Lead the development and execution of integrated digital strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content, display advertising, email marketing, and web development.

Manage a team of digital account managers, executives, and creatives to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results and achieve client KPIs.

Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling services, and expanding the agency's scope.

Collaborate with creative, media, and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless delivery.

Prepare and present strategic proposals, campaign performance reports, and quarterly business reviews to clients.

Stay current with digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, ensuring innovative solutions are proposed and implemented.

Develop annual plans and forecasts in collaboration with finance and senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in an account director or senior client-facing role.

Proven experience managing digital campaigns and large client portfolios.

Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC, SEO, social, programmatic, web analytics).

Exceptional client service, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a team.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an agency environment.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.
