We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Account Director to lead and grow client relationships by delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile accounts, driving digital strategy, and leading cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and technical knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content, display advertising, email marketing, and web development.

  • Manage a team of digital account managers, executives, and creatives to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results and achieve client KPIs.

  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling services, and expanding the agency's scope.

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless delivery.

  • Prepare and present strategic proposals, campaign performance reports, and quarterly business reviews to clients.

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, ensuring innovative solutions are proposed and implemented.

  • Develop annual plans and forecasts in collaboration with finance and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in an account director or senior client-facing role.

  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns and large client portfolios.

  • Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC, SEO, social, programmatic, web analytics).

  • Exceptional client service, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a team.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an agency environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.
