We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-making and business performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to develop insights, dashboards, and reports that contribute to operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and clean large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business goals.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance metrics.

  • Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows.

  • Assist in designing data models, database queries, and ETL processes.

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with data governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis or a related role.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and BI best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

  • Understanding of business operations and KPIs in [industry, e.g., finance, e-commerce, healthcare].

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus.
