About the job Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-making and business performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to develop insights, dashboards, and reports that contribute to operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and clean large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business goals.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance metrics.

Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows.

Assist in designing data models, database queries, and ETL processes.

Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with data governance standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis or a related role.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and BI best practices.
