Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and documentation.

Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and facility staff as required.

Follow individualized care plans, facility policies, and clinical best practices.

Maintain accurate and timely nursing records in accordance with facility standards.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.

Work collaboratively with facility teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Travel to assigned locations and adapt quickly to varying clinical settings and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure:
-
Active RN or LPN/LVN license in [Insert State/Region of Practice].

BLS certification (required); ACLS/PALS preferred depending on assignment.
Experience:

Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience (hospital, LTC, or outpatient settings).
