Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and documentation.

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and facility staff as required.

• Follow individualized care plans, facility policies, and clinical best practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records in accordance with facility standards.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

• Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with facility teams to ensure seamless patient care.

• Travel to assigned locations and adapt quickly to varying clinical settings and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Licensure:

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license in [Insert State/Region of Practice].

• BLS certification (required); ACLS/PALS preferred depending on assignment.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience (hospital, LTC, or outpatient settings).

• Experience in acute care, geriatrics, med-surg, or critical care is a plus.
