Main Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance program for all stores.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant facilities (equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance.
Utilities Management:
- Manage utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure restaurants meet fire safety and health code standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and safety regulations.
Leadership & Communication:
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full time On-site (Mon-Fri)
Timings: 9 Hours(Flexible Working Hours)

Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Masters is a strong plus).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
