Main Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance program for all stores.
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant facilities (equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance.

Utilities Management:

  • Manage utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure restaurants meet fire safety and health code standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and safety regulations.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full time On-site (Mon-Fri)

Timings: 9 Hours(Flexible Working Hours)

Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Masters is a strong plus).

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
