Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our Business Development and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving business growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development and marketing professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, set goals, and address any challenges.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products/services.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and content.
• Manage the companys online presence and social media channels.
• Develop and manage the business development and marketing budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years in business development and/or marketing.
• Proficiency in English.
