Job Summary:

The Account Development Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities to generate a robust pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, client engagement, and supporting the account management process to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Support the development of account strategies to meet revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product/service overviews to prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:
