Job Summary:
The Account Development Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities to generate a robust pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, client engagement, and supporting the account management process to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of prospects and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Support the development of account strategies to meet revenue goals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
