Head of Supply Chain - FMCG

Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.

Production Management:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure products are prepared efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all production targets and deadlines are met.

Logistics:

• Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to stores and customers.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the supply chain and production budget.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all supply chain and production activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain and production operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies and methodologies where appropriate.

Leadership & Communication:

• Lead a team of supply chain and production.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full time On-site (Mon-Fri)

Timings: 9 Hours (Flexible Working Hours)

Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Masters is a strong plus).

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
