About the Role
Adobe USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Compliance Assistant to support our global Human Resources and Compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and can manage confidential employee and compliance-related information with integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.

Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data management in alignment with company standards.

Coordinate compliance training sessions and maintain accurate completion records.

Ensure adherence to employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal compliance frameworks.

Prepare HR and compliance reports, audits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Payroll, and HR Operations, to resolve employee queries.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR and compliance functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in HR support, compliance, or administrative coordination (preferably in a multinational environment).

Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, or BambooHR) and MS Office Suite / Google Workspace.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
