About the Role

Adobe USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Compliance Assistant to support our global Human Resources and Compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and can manage confidential employee and compliance-related information with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.

  • Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data management in alignment with company standards.

  • Coordinate compliance training sessions and maintain accurate completion records.

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal compliance frameworks.

  • Prepare HR and compliance reports, audits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Payroll, and HR Operations, to resolve employee queries.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR and compliance functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in HR support, compliance, or administrative coordination (preferably in a multinational environment).

  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, or BambooHR) and MS Office Suite / Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
