Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership:

    • Lead the development and implementation of academic programs and policies.

    • Ensure the curriculum meets accreditation standards and institutional goals.

    • Promote innovative teaching and learning practices.

  • Faculty Management:

    • Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluations.

    • Foster a supportive environment that encourages faculty research and professional development.

  • Student Success:

    • Develop and monitor systems that track academic performance and outcomes.

    • Address academic concerns and grievances in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Strategic Planning & Quality Assurance:

    • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for academic affairs.

    • Ensure continuous quality improvement through assessment and feedback mechanisms.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Serve as a liaison between academic departments, administration, and external partners.

    • Represent the institution in academic partnerships, accreditation visits, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or PhD in Education or a related field (PhD preferred).

  • Minimum 810 years of experience in academic leadership or faculty roles.

  • Proven track record in academic program development and faculty management.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with accreditation processes and educational standards.
