The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending skincare, makeup, and fragrance products, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. They maintain product knowledge, uphold visual merchandising standards, and contribute to the store's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide expert advice on beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products.

  • Assess customers needs and recommend appropriate products and routines.

  • Demonstrate product usage through makeovers or skin consultations.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, ingredients, and brand promotions.

  • Maintain high standards of product presentation and cleanliness on the sales floor.

  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

  • Process transactions accurately and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

  • Replenish stock, track inventory, and support with stockroom duties.

  • Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (certification in cosmetology or beauty is a plus).

  • 12 years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Passion for beauty and helping others look and feel their best.

  • Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.

  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.

  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Working Conditions:
