Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with apparel selection, fitting, and styling advice.

  • Drive sales by suggesting complementary products and promoting current deals.

  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.

  • Maintain product knowledge on apparel brands, sizes, and fashion trends.

  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure racks are well-organized.

  • Support store cleanliness and apparel department standards at all times.

  • Process returns and exchanges in line with company policies.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

  • Assist with inventory counts, markdowns, and price changes.

  • Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain store security standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
